Contractors performing work in the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee must post and maintain a Nolensville Contractors Permit Surety Bond with regard to any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system. The bond guarantees to the Town of Nolensville that the contractor comply with all rules and regulations and be held responsible for any damage to property of the Town resulting from work performed, such as but not limited to streets, roads, curbs, headwalls, gutters, water and sewer lines, sidewalks, alleys, traffic signs and signals.
