Manufacturers of Modular Building Units in the State of Tennessee are any individual actively engaged in the process of making, fabricating, constructing, forming, assembling, or reassembling modular building units or components from raw, unfinished, semi-finished, or finished materials and are required to be licensed by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Licensees must post and maintain a $100,000.00 Modular Buildings Units Manufacturer License Surety Bond.
